Privacy Policy for frameUP
Responsible developer: Jonas Rossa (Jones de Rosso). Contact: kontakt@jonesderosso.com. Additional contact information is available in the legal notice.
1. Local data
frameUP does not require its own user account. Jobs, notes, checklists, saved spots and selected photos are processed in the app's local storage on your device. The app does not send these contents to the developer. You can delete entries within the app. Removing the app generally deletes its local storage; operating-system backups may retain copies according to your device settings.
2. In-app purchases
frameUP Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The respective store processes payment and purchase history using the account signed in to that store. frameUP receives purchase status and technical purchase records to unlock Pro and restore purchases. Signed Google purchase records are verified and stored locally. Apple purchases are verified on the device through StoreKit. There is no developer-operated purchase-verification server and these records are not sent to the developer.
3. Photos and external links
When you add a photo to a spot, frameUP accesses the image you select. External map, weather and support links open only when you select them. The respective provider's privacy policy applies to those services. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
4. Purposes and rights
Local processing provides the app features you choose to use. Store verification provides access to the Pro features you purchase. Contact the developer using the address above with privacy questions or requests to exercise your data-protection rights. For information held in your Google or Apple account, also contact the respective provider.
5. Hosting of the online privacy policy
The online version of this page is hosted through GitHub Pages. When the page is visited, GitHub logs and stores IP addresses for security purposes. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details. Reading the offline version inside frameUP does not contact GitHub.
